Be A Museum Ambassador

There’s nothing better than receiving a warm welcome and useful information when you visit a place for the first time – or the 100th time! Museum Ambassadors provide excellent customer service by greeting guests when they first arrive, providing wayfinding throughout the Museum, answering phones at the Information Desk, and helping guests plan their visit. And that’s just a start! Museum Ambassadors also assist with special events and get to see firsthand how new exhibits come alive. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible volunteers who are excited to learn what makes this Museum so special and how to share this knowledge with our audience. Maybe that’s you!

Required Skills
Cheerful disposition, comfortable approaching and assisting guests, highly flexible and versatile when responding to the needs of the Museum and guests, and ability to problem solve and work independently.
